Creativity, being one of the most important ‘soft skill’, is an important element of mental health. It’s a practice in human development and improvement which enables us to develop new ideas and solve problems innovatively. When we engage in a creative activity, it helps us to express our feelings and ideas.
If you are looking to unleash your creativity, or if you’re and artist that is feeling stuck in your creative process, this is for you. These sessions will bring you back to your body and help you to see things in a new way, to understand yourself and your place in the world.
Tools: Somatic & embodiment - Breathing techniques - touch work (virtual & physical), Tao of Trauma principles - Polyvagal theory - Guided imagery
Depending on your story, a series of sessions might be advised.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF-PRACTICE
Somatic, breathwork and nervous system work is not magic, it’s an ACTIVE PROCESS, meaning I do my part by holding space and using my tools get to know your body and teaching you what you need. But to achieve consistent results, you’re also invited to do your part and commit to consistent practice outside of the sessions. Simple exercises or homework will be given to practice between sessions to support and build on the work we do together.
