I come from a strong oral tradition, where tales, parables, proverbs, and metaphors were everyday tools for learning and understanding life. Growing up, I spent countless moments decoding their meanings. Naturally, when I accompany people in grief or systemic trauma work, I find myself telling stories and throwing proverbs at them . I know it can be frustrating when our Eurocentric brains crave ready-made answers, but believe me, the nervous system loves and finds safety in stories. So this podcast is the espace where I want to put my voice, and continuing exploring through stories vernacular feelings and emotions such as grief, death, trauma and everything around life transitions. I hope you join me there!
